A102 is an oceanfront oasis that sits just steps away from the white sandy beach. Conveniently located on the 1st floor above the covered parking area, this two-bedroom/two-bathroom property is guest ready, accommodating 6 adults comfortably. The spacious primary bedroom features a wall of windows perfect for viewing the amazing sunsets from the comfort of a King-sized bed; a newly remodeled ensuite features a double vanity and large frameless glassed in shower; and its own private balcony access. The guest room has two full-sized beds with access to a newly remodeled full bath with shower. The living room features a queen sofa sleeper, comfortable chairs as well as a desk for those who can’t quite leave the office behind. Other condo amenities include high speed Internet, an open kitchen design fully equipped with upgraded appliances, washer/dryer and a balcony with high top seating, just the place for unwinding with a favorite beverage after a fun day in the sun. Best of all, breathtaking ocean views are available from the master bedroom, balcony, living room and yes, even the kitchen! No smoking is allowed in this unit.

In addition, your A102 condo reservation includes assigned covered parking – not available to all condos in the building. Another added perk is complimentary use of two reserved beach lounge chairs and umbrella. The onsite attendant will help get you situated and reposition the umbrella throughout the day!

Our guests also have access to three pools (including one that’s heated) and onsite recreation (tennis, basketball, fitness center, kids’ swing set, beach volleyball, etc.), Tiki bar and snack hut. Stingrays, located in a nearby building, features food and drink specials, as well as live entertainment. There’s even a clubhouse room to accommodate a special occasion reception for a family reunion or a destination wedding.
