The Dunes of Panama is a private,
residential, Gulf-front condominium with each unit having a panoramic
view of the Gulf of Mexico and Bay County. For your added pleasure
we have 1500 feet of private beach, swimming pools, and tennis courts.
Everything is planned out for your complete comfort and enjoyment while
guests at the Dunes of Panama.
- Check in at 3 pm, Check out at 10 am
- A credit card is required to make a deposit
- In addition to rent, a Reservation/Clean-up fee is required
($60 for 3 days or less - $95 for 4 or more days to less than a month
- $175 for 1
or more Months + 11% Tax - Subject to Change)
- Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover accepted.
- Full payment is Due at Time of Check-in.
- Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to
scheduled arrival date or you will be charged $300 rent plus tax.
The charge is refundable if the unit is rebooked. (Winter
visitors must cancel 60 days in advance or will be charged $500 plus
tax.
- Reservations not cancelled in sufficient time to rebook unit
will result in credit card being charged $300. If unit is rebooked,
no charge applied.
- All cancellations must
have a cancellation number.
- A $20 fee must be paid for a lost or missing
security gate card.
